Adjust Sending Limit When Email Score Improves

Why This Matters: Maximizing Account Usage
As an account's email score increases through the warm-up process, its daily sending limit should also be raised. If the limit remains low despite a high score, the account is being underutilized, and you aren't reaching your full sending potential.
For example:
An account like a@mailgo.ai might start with a daily sending limit of 10 and a score of 20.
After warming up, its score increases to 80. However, if the daily sending limit remains at 10 (despite a system-suggested limit of 40), this results in low account utilization.
| Sending Account | Score & Daily Sending Limit | Score Increased by Warm-up | Improved Suggested Daily Sending Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| a@mailgo.ai | Score: 20 Daily Sending Limit: 10 | Score: 80 ↑ | Suggested Daily Sending Limit: 40 |
| b@mailgo.ai | Score: 20 Daily Sending Limit: 10 | Score: 90 ↑ | Suggested Daily Sending Limit: 50 |
| c@mailgo.ai | Score: 20 Daily Sending Limit: 10 | Score: 100 ↑ | Suggested Daily Sending Limit: 60 |
How to Increase Your Sending Limit
Follow these steps to update the sending limit to the recommended level:
- Click the Increase Now button.
- In the "Increase Sending Limit" pop-up, Mailgo will display the accounts that are ready for an increase. The new, suggested limit for each account will be shown on the right, calculated based on its current Email Score.
- Click Update Now to automatically apply the suggested sending limits.
Important Notes
- The maximum daily sending limit for any single account is 200.
- To protect your sender reputation and avoid triggering spam filters, we strongly recommend using the suggested sending limit. Setting the limit too high manually can negatively impact your deliverability.
