Resolving Connection Errors (Oauth Connection broken or IMAP Issues)

If you encounter connection errors when linking to your account, follow these steps:


1. Oauth Connection Broken

Click "Reconnect" and "Accept" to grant Outlook or Microsoft 365 permissions to Mailgo.

2. For Microsoft 365 Email Account

Enable POP/IMAP Access:

  1. Open Micrisoft 365 Admain Center → Click the Users→ "Active users"
  2. Select the specifi user account→ Click "Mail" tab→ Click "Manage email apps"
  3. Under "IMAP&SMTP access":
    • Select Enable IMAP
    • Select Enable SMTP
    • Save changes
  4. Go back to Mailgo and Reconncet this email account.
Allow 1 hour for the settings to sync across Microsoft’s servers. This delay ensures the authentication protocols are fully activated. 10 minutes is usually the minimum.
