Monthly Quota Exhaustion in Mailgo Campaigns
Issue Description
Have you encountered the following prompt during your Mailgo campaign operations?
"This indicates that your monthly quota has been exhausted. Please view details in the pop-up window."
If you see this message, it means you have used up all your allocated Email Sending Usage and Email Verification Usage for the current month.
Key Background: Understanding Mailgo Campaign Quotas
To ensure stable and efficient campaign management, Mailgo sets three independent monthly quotas for all users. These quotas are critical for controlling campaign costs and optimizing resource allocation:
- Email Sending Usage: The maximum number of emails you can send to your contacts in a month.
- Active Contacts Sending Usage: The maximum number of unique active contacts you can target with emails in a month (note: this quota is based on contact count, not the number of emails sent).
- Email Verification Usage: The maximum number of email addresses you can verify for validity (to reduce bounce rates and improve deliverability) in a month.
You can check the real-time status of all three quotas at any time by navigating to Settings > Billing in your Mailgo account.
Resolution Steps
To resume your campaign operations immediately, follow these steps to update your quota:
- When the quota exhaustion pop-up appears, click the Update Now button. This will redirect you directly to the Billing section of your account settings.
- In the Billing section, review the available plan options. Select the plan that best aligns with your business needs (e.g., based on your monthly email volume, contact size, or verification requirements).
- Complete the plan update process. Once confirmed, your new quota will take effect immediately, allowing you to continue engaging with your customers without interruptions.
