Other Email Providers
Step 1: Select the IMAP/SMTP Method
- Log in to your Mailgo account
- Go to Accounts > Add New Account
- Choose “IMAP/SMTP” from the available connecting methods
Step 2: Enter Basic Account Information
Fill in the following details:
- Email Address
- Sender First Name
- Sender Last Name
- Region/Location — Select a location for optimal email warm-up behavior.
Step 3: Provide SMTP and IMAP Server Settings
For example, if you're connecting a Gmail account:
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port: 587
IMAP Host: imap.gmail.com
IMAP Port: 993
Tip: For other providers, simply search:"SMTP settings for [Your Email Provider]" on Google
If you’re connecting Gmail via SMTP/IMAP:
- You’ll need to generate a Google App Password (not your regular login password)

Paste the Password for SMTP and IMAP settings.
Step 4: Submit and Connect
Click “Sign in with SMTP” to complete the connection.
Once verified, your custom email account will be ready to send via Mailgo.
